Data we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order data: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address or parcel locker, billing address, ordered products and amounts, order notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment data: for bank transfers, the payer\u2019s name, bank account and amount. We do not collect card details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer account data (if you create an account): username, e-mail and encrypted password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviews: name, e-mail and the review text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correspondence: your messages and the data in them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical data: IP address and browser details logged briefly by the server for security, and cookies (see section 6).<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"eesmargid\">3. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fulfilling orders, delivery and customer service \u2014 performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting and other legal obligations (e.g. the Accounting Act and the Law of Obligations Act) \u2014 legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling complaints and claims, website security and fraud prevention \u2014 legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishing reviews \u2014 consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not send marketing e-mails, build profiles or make automated decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"edastamine\">4. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parcel and courier companies (Omniva, DPD, Smartpost) \u2014 the data needed for delivery: name, phone, e-mail and delivery address or parcel locker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banks \u2014 to process payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT service providers: website hosting and e-mail (Google \/ Gmail).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An accounting service provider (if we use one) and public authorities where the law requires it.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We never sell personal data. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission (the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sailitamine\">5. Retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order and accounting data \u2014 7 years (required by the Accounting Act).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correspondence and complaints \u2014 until claims expire, usually 3 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unfinished, cancelled and failed orders \u2014 1 month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer accounts \u2014 until the account is deleted; inactive accounts without orders are deleted after 24 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviews \u2014 until you withdraw your consent.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kupsised\">6. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only use cookies that the shop needs to work (cart, signing in). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent.
